Dear Friend – to give is to recive!

Just returned from a fantastic journey to a mythical Peru, amazing views and great people!
We were invited to take part of their culture, history and the ancient Inca mysteries. A journey that is difficult to explain in words and even harder is to give back to the people who so generously have shared their heritage.

The people that I got to know are named Queros. Queros fled to the mountains when the Spaniards came to Peru. In the mountains they  Att ge To give is to recivekept hidden until the 1950s when they were found by a man named Oscar Nunez del Prado.
Since they had not had contact with the new world order, their way of life and their cosmology remained intact for hundreds of years. Among other things, they believe that everything is alive, there is no dead matter, in their world everything is vibrant energy! Besides that everything is alive they live by a rule named Ayni.

Give To give is to recive Ayni means that you give, you will also get back. So nothing is secret or locked in Queros tradition, they give openly and share their gifts with everybody, knowledge as things.
The rule is contagious and you soon see the greatness to share what you have. Not to keep things as a secret, or collect. And the more you give the more you get a beautiful circle that has no end.

Like all stories, this also has it´s dark cloud. One of the women we met on the journey and who shared their knowledge has uterine Att ge To give is to recive cancer. Her name is Donna Ramosa and is married with five children. She struggles today against cancer and if the cancer itself is not enough Peru’s Hospital is on strike! It means that Donna Ramosa is now at home awaiting treatment while the cancer is growing stronger!

Inspired by their rule Ayni and our willingness to try to help, me and my Inca friends have started an donation found for Donna Ramosa’s recovery. You can help with large or small. Contribute with whatever you can at plusgiro 30 42 19 – 9.
The account is managed by a nonprofit organization called the Tawantin, www.tawantin.se and the entire amount will go to Donna Ramosa`s care. No middlemen or administrative fees.

And what you give you will receive – all according to Ayni! 😉

Thanks for your support
